Abstract:Although there is a growing interest in the use of the penile enlargement drug, there are still no adequate guidelines on its safety and efficacy. In this study, the safety and efficacy of the oral erectile dysfunction drug Cialis were evaluated. The primary objective of this study is to assess the safety and efficacy of Cialis in a randomised, double-blind, placebo-controlled, double-dummy study.
Methods:An open-label, single-centre, parallel-group, randomized, double-blind, crossover study was performed in male and female Wistar rats. All rats were treated orally with either 50 mg Cialis twice a day for 5 consecutive days (every 4-6 weeks) or 200 mg Cialis once daily for 10 consecutive days (every 6-8 weeks) for a total of 5 consecutive days. The treatment periods were designed according to the pharmacokinetic parameters of Cialis: Cialis dose, Cialis time, and plasma concentration. The primary outcome was the safety and efficacy of Cialis. Secondary outcomes were the pharmacokinetic parameters of Cialis, and plasma concentrations of Cialis and Cialis concentrations for the main and interaction with other drugs.
Results:The pharmacokinetic parameters of Cialis, Cialis concentration, plasma concentration, and oral bioavailability were significantly higher than those of Cialis. Cialis plasma concentrations were approximately 2-fold higher than Cialis plasma concentrations and 5-fold higher than Cialis concentration. Cialis pharmacokinetic parameters were also significantly higher than that of Cialis, but Cialis pharmacokinetics was not significantly different compared with Cialis. The pharmacokinetic parameters of Cialis (Cialis dose, Cialis time, and plasma concentration) were not significantly different from those of Cialis, Cialis plasma concentration, or Cialis plasma concentration. Cialis pharmacokinetic parameters were significantly higher than those of the other drugs in a significant way. The pharmacokinetic parameters of Cialis were similar to those of Cialis, Cialis plasma concentration, and Cialis concentration in the main and interaction with other drugs.
Conclusion:Cialis was well tolerated and the pharmacokinetic parameters of Cialis were not significantly different from those of other drugs, and Cialis was well tolerated and effective in treating erectile dysfunction.
